This 50 minutes Tower + Mat class incorporates our uniquely Pilates sequence aided by springs, poles and weighted bars to help recruit the right muscles. An exceptionally good workout that will provide the foundation for a lifetime of healthy habits and good posture, not to mention, of course, that Pilates is the ultimate in core workouts. This class is better suited for people already familiar with the Pilates Method.
